Terry Hug, Owner/LMT

Terry Hug is the owner and senior massage therapist, and she is also a holistic nutritionist & herbalist. She has over 12 years of experience and studied in body somatics and holistic nutrition at Midwest Institute of Natural Healing. Terry specializes in lymphatic activation and visceral manipulation through The Barral Institute, and craniosacral therapy from The Upledger Institute International.

After experiencing systemic health issues herself, she was inspired to help others on their own path to healing and wellness. Terry attributes the combination of bodywork, holistic nutrition, Chinese medicine and herbs to her healing and recovery.

Terry's passion for educating her clients with practical guidance drives her to offer natural solutions to assist in self-healing.
